"Sent us a notice of home insurance non-renewal 3 days before Christmas just because when we bought our home one fascia was missing & has yet to replaced (the rest of our siding and fascia’s are in perfect condition) We will be getting this fixed ASAP and going with USAA. Happy Holidays State Farm"

They handle my home, auto, and pull-behind trailer insurance, and every interaction over the years has been clear, precise, and incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, my agent has responded promptly—usually the same day, and always within 24 hours. On the rare occasions I’ve had to file a claim, the process has been smooth and stress-free. Having an agent who is local, accessible, and truly invested in their clients makes all the difference. What really sets this office apart is the personalized attention. They take the time to call on birthdays, and they conduct individualized reviews at least once a year to make sure I’m receiving every discount possible. At my most recent review, we were even able to add coverage and lower my premium at the same time. That kind of attention and transparency is something you won’t get from online-only companies. I know some people feel State Farm premiums can be higher, but in my experience they’ve consistently been one of the more affordable options—and even when they were slightly higher, the exceptional customer service more than justified the difference. Having a real agent you can talk to, visit in person, and rely on for tailored guidance is worth every penny.
